Grammy Nominations, Lizzo Leads The Way

Grammy nominations are in and of course Magic artists top the list. Lizzo is up for eight Grammys, including the four major categories: album, record and song of the year, and best new artist. Not far behind is Lil Nas X who received six nominations including record the year, album of the year and best new artist.
Other top nominees include, Ariana Grande who received five nominations and the late Nipsey Hussle received three posthumous nods, including best rap performance, best rap/sung performance and best rap song.
Mixed in with this year’s 84 categories former first lady Michelle Obama is up for best spoken word album for “Becoming”. Of course Queen B received some nods as well. "Homecoming", Beyoncé’s Coachella concert movie, is up for best music film and she also received three nominations for her music featured in the remake of Disney's "The Lion King".
