Yes, your eyes are not playing tricks on you, you read that correct! Scientists gave octopuses molly, also known as MDMA or ecstasy. Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine announced Thursday that its researchers successfully tested octopuses with molly. Octopuses are normally solitary, but during the experiment, they got very touchy-feely with their fellow octopus in a cage. So the life long question is finally answered! Octopuses like to rave too!! The study was published in the journal scientific Current Biology. It did not state if any tax money was used to fund the study.
